Dosing electric pumping unit UDE-NS.B in modular group version is designed for in-line feeding of various reagents intended for oil demulsification, protection against corrosion, salt deposits, paraffins, hydrate formation into pipelines or process equipment.
Dosing electric pumping units UDE-NS.B are used at well pads, sites of booster pumping stations, preliminary water discharge units, complex oil treatment units and other site facilities of oil and gas gathering, transportation and treatment systems.
Dosing electric pumping unit UDE-NS.B consists of two separate units, technological and automatic control units.
- The technological unit is made in explosion-proof version, with the explosion protection level corresponding to the explosion hazardous area class 1 according to the Federal Law dated 22.07.2008 № 123-FZ “Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements” and zone B-1 a according to Ch. 7.3. PUE (edition b).
The automatic control unit can be designed in two variants:
- general industrial version. In this case, theautomatic control unit is freestanding and is located at some distance from the process unit, or the process unit and the automatic control unit can be installed on one frame at a distance of at least 500 mm from each other in accordance with the Electrical Code.
- explosion-proof version. In this case, the Process Unit and the Automatic Control Unit are made in the form of two separate compartments of one unit mounted on a frame. The compartments are separated by a fire partition of type 2 with fire resistance limit E115 in accordance with the requirements of Article 88 of the Federal Law of 22.07.2008 № 123-FZ “Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements”, clause 6.2.10 of SP 4.13130.2013 and clause 2.18 of VNTP 01/87/04-84.
In individual cases the Dosing electric pumping unit UDE-NS.B can be manufactured without Automatic Control Unit or with delivery of a set of control cabinets, input-distribution cabinet and fire-safety alarm cabinets in general industrial version intended for installation in the Customer's heated room outside the explosion hazardous area.
