Smart dispenser provides full control over the metering unit operation and the possibility to remotely control the dispenser parameters.
It is manufactured in both general industrial and explosion-proof versions.
The dispenser is designed to receive, store and regulated dosed supply of chemical reagents to oil wells.
The housing contains a 0,4 m3 process tank with level sensor, metering pump, fine filter, visual level indicator, piping. Design of the tank, parts and assemblies in contact with the reagent - stainless steel.
The tank is equipped with a drain, which provides quick and complete drainage of liquid. Filling neck with corrosion-resistant filter. The tank is equipped with a level sensor, which provides control over the remaining reagent in the tank and allows to transmit readings via telemetry system.
The automation system provides remote monitoring and control of all parameters of smart dispenser, as well as maintaining an archive of the main parameters of the doser operation, which allows to have full control over the process of chemical dosing.
The control unit of the dispenser provides remote control of the processes of dosed reagent supply and monitoring of the status and parameters of operation is carried out via RS-485, Modbus RTU interface.

- reagent level in the tank;
- reagent flow rate;
- reagent temperature;
- temperature in the dispenser;
- pressure in the discharge line, MPa.
