Pressure manifold units are used at well pad pumping stations and are designed for distribution of service water and maintaining its pressure in wells.
Along with pressure maintenance, the unit measures water pressure, temperature and volume. The unit consists of two rooms: technological and automatic control rooms.
Water flow sensors are installed on each high-pressure water line. The room is made of three-layer sandwich panels 50 mm thick.
In addition to the main equipment, shut-off, regulating and control-measuring valves (meters, flow meters, pressure gauges, stop cocks and valves, gas alarms, etc.) are installed.
Water from the central water supply network is supplied to the receiving collector, from where it is distributed through distribution pipelines leading to wells (up to 14 wells).
A shut-off valve and a set of measuring devices are installed on the common collector and pipelines. The information is transmitted to the control panel. Remote control of the unit operation is possible.
