Gas well tracking system during surfactant delivery

This dosing unit is designed for cases when there is no electricity to the well and can be used for injection of various chemicals with dosage up to 2 liters per hour.
The unit is driven by gas taken from the well bore. The gas is cleaned, dried and fed to the distributor of the drive cylinder.
The plunger pump driven by the cylinder injects the reagent into the borehole annulus.
The delivery is adjusted by means of release throttles on the distributor outlet. By reducing the control gas release rate, we reduce the number of strokes and thus the metering unit flow rate.
