Modular group pumping station is designed to inject water from surface or underground sources or field treated wastewater into injection wells to maintain reservoir pressure in the developed productive horizon of an oil reservoir.
Modular group pumping stations are designed in the form of separate block-posts of transportation dimension, which are assembled at the site of operation into a single building and are connected with each other functionally by technological and electrical lines.
Three-layer metal panels with insulation are used as wall and roof enclosures of the block-posts.
The Modular group pumping station is equipped with a control system and automation of process equipment operation, which provides:
- station operation without permanent presence of operating personnel;
- manual local control of pumps, fans, electric heaters, gate valves;
- automatic control of technological parameters of pumps, electric motors, lubrication system, water path (flow rate, pressure, temperature, vibration level, electric motor current value, etc.);
- automatic operation of electrical protections and emergency signaling.
The automation system provides automatic accounting, control and transmission of the following parameters to the control center:
- water pressure at the inlet and outlet of each pump;
- water temperature;
- oil pressure in the oil system of each pump;
- oil temperature;
- energy consumption metering;
- status of inlet gate valves;
- status of outlet gate valves;
- status of all electric motors;
- status of main and standby pump units;
- position of inlet doors;
- air temperature in the room;
- signal of displacement of permissible level of gas level;
- vibrations of the pump unit;
- axial displacement of the pump rotor;
- water leakage through gland seals;
- water flow rate;
- temperature of the pump unit bearings
- temperature of pump's hydraulic oil;
- pump oil level;
- temperature of electric motor windings.
